3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at btp99 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering contribution rate may differ depending on the game.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after accepting a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may be used once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Multiple accounts or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing using automated bots or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game produces an abnormal result, bets from that round will be considered void and staked funds will be returned. In such situations, btp99's decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting
